We advise you to please choose carefully
when selecting patterns and designs on our handmade products. We do not accept
change of mind Or for hygiene reasons on some products. If you believe any of
your items to be damaged or faulty or not as described, you are able to return
your items to us for an assessment where a refund or exchange will be offered.
Refunds will not be processed until after an
item has been returned. Items need to be sent back via tracked postage at the
expense of the customer. Once items have been received and deemed damaged or
faulty an exchange or refund will be offered for the total amount of the item
plus the cost of return postage.
Each case will be viewed individually and will take into consideration when it was purchased and the condition of the item. If the item appears to have been abused or not looked after we may decline to replace or refund products at our discretion.
Breast Pads/Face wipes
*Washing before use will help increase their absorbency
*Cold or warm hand or gentle machine wash
*Place pads inside a lingerie bag
*Breast pads can go into the dryer but they do dry better on a flat surface
*Occasionally fabric has glitter it, this will wear off after a few washes
